Requirements

• All applicants must have at least 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day availability.
  
  
• Impeccable communication skills are a must, and successful candidates must be able to respond to communications from clients within 1 hour.
  
  
• Virtual Paralegals must have a paralegal qualification or LLB degree.
  
  
• Virtual Marketing Assistants and Virtual Administrative Assistants must have at least 5 years of experience with references.

Our Process

At OBM Solutions, we take pride in our meticulous matching and onboarding process. We carefully select South Africa-based virtual support professionals and match them with UK-based lawyers and real estate professionals. Our contracts with clients are a minimum of 3 months in duration, providing stability and consistency for both our team members and our clients.
